Complain details: I have ordered and received boat rockerz 261 sports wireless earphones on aug 13 2019 and after 2 months the outer part of the earphone has damaged but it is working fine. Since it is within the warranty period, i would like to get it replaced. Attached the photos of earphone, invoice and warranty. Kindly let me know if any other information required.
