Amazon India — Damaged back cover | |||||
I ordered a phone cover worth 245 inr it took 10-12 business day to ship at my place due to some issues with address but than when it came it was damaged it had scratch and it looked too old like used product and i complaint amazon for cash back and ask them to take their product back they said they will send theur person to take cover next day it been a week but no one came and their policy is they dont take product back after a week so unfortunately i kept that cover and wasted my 245 inr i dont have issue by wastage of money but product and service provided by amazon Hope i get some good response by this sitre for this issue Thanking you Was this information helpful? | |||||
