Amazon India — Damaged product & pathetic customer service. | |||
I am sorry to usee the word "s#it" but the experience has been that. Got delayed delivery & a broken screen. The packaging wasn't proper. Generated a return label. The first day the guy came on a bike to pick a 32 inch led tv. (Kudos to the intelligence of Amazon Employees...) He said will come the next day. It has been 4 days since. The package has still not been picked. Spoke to 4 customer service SUPERVISORS - Kalim, Ashish, Shashank & Ram (One more retarted than the other). Everyone apologized & promised that it will be picked next day. In the meantime, the money is still with Amazon. They DO NOT HAVE A REPLACEMENT as out of stock. Still awaiting pick-up. Hopefully will happen this year. Really pathetic Customer Experience. If Amazon reads these reviews & values Customer Feedback please close shop on delivering Electronic items till you improve your service... Was this information helpful? | |||
