Recently we have ordered Samsung 6.5 kg top load washing machine from amazon. Order details are:[protected] and the cost for the product is 13328 Indian rupees. It was ordered on 24th July and got delivered on 28th July. On the next day technician from Samsung cam and open the box then they found that the product is damaged. He suggest us to raise the replacement request.
When we were trying to replace the order from amazon they asked for image upload and next to that it is connecting to amazon customer service agent. when I explained about my issue they were saying It is not accepting for replacement you people should check the product before telling the OTP to the delivery agent.
I have ordered many products from amazon till now. First need to share the OTP to delivery boy then only they will give the product. now they are saying new rules. as per the guideline whatever the product if it is defective it is eligible for replacement. Ordered that product by seeing the replacement option only but now they are saying it is not possible but why did their site is showing for replacement till 6th August.
I want my product to be returned- and no longer need of that
