I am having a amazon fire tv stick purchased from amazon.in site. The Remote was having problem, as it was under warranty so I called the customer care service of amazon, they did some test from their end and came to a conclusion that the remote needs to be changed. I asked them the replacement. They said they don't have remote in stock and asked me to purchase a new one from amazon.in site and they will reimburse my amount as soon as the item is delivered to me. But that didn't happened. After two days when I called the customer care they said I need to raise a separate request for the return of my old remote, then only they will initiate the reimbursement(This was not conveyed earlier).After that I asked them to schedule the pickup on 25th june 2022.Now today I waited since morning for the delivery person to pickup my old remote. Later at 7pm I received a message from amazon that pickup couldn't be completed as package was not ready(I didn't receive any call nor the delivery person came for pickup).Then again I called the customer care they didn't helped me in any way and said the next pickup is scheduled on 28th june 2022 and after that only they will initiate my reimbursement. Ideally they should have provided me the replacement instead of me purchasing the item and then getting reimbursement. I want my amount to be reimburse as soon as possible.

    I have purchased my smartphone from amazon by fulling paying in cash. Now it is locked by flipkart smart upgrade plan, saying payment is pending for the plan. now i am unable to use my device along with any applications including my banking apps, unable to make payment, unable to attend any classes.

      Sir,
      I have purchased /ordered the automatic washing machine of IFB 6.5 kg top loading from your online platform on dated 12/05/22. My delivery address is
      Sharad G. Thakare, Shivaji Nagar, Back side of Bus stand, Chandur bazar, Dist.Amravati-444704.
      The product delivered on 17/06/22.
      During product installation by service engineer on dated 21/06/22 it was observed that product is damaged and has some dents on the front side. Service engineer suggested to return the product.
      Have raised return complaint from Amazone platform with photos. Now today as per discussion with you customer care person, it is came to know that no any return or replacement provided for product.
      This is very disappointing, ridiculous and very surprising that so called big brand Amazon's is cheating the customers by giving them defected products by taking their hard earned pennies and then no replacement and raising hands saying we we are following our so called rubbish policy.
      I request every person not to buy any products from Amazon as they are cheating faith of people's.

        I HAVE PURCHASE
        Tefal Pro Style 1800-Watt Garment Steamer (Black)
        FROM AMAZON INDIA ON DATE: 15/08/2020 WITH ORDER NUMBER:[protected], INVOICE NO: IN-QSEZ-2475

        I have rarely used this steam iron for household uses.
        The Steamer Iron has stopped working since last one year and we have made a complaint regarding the same product to the Tefal customer care and Service men from Tefal have picked up the product from our house and since then we haven't received it back. they mentioned that we don't find the spares for the same product so your product is non usable and we can't do anything about it. The customer service for the Tefal call are not responding regarding this issue.
        I am shocked by the service of Tefal, SEB and Amazon.

        My product is not with me because it was taken by Tefal Service men and has been for MORE THEN 8 MONTHS and still yet not returned to us...

        If a request for Purchase Bill & Pictures of Product can be provided.

        I AM REGULAR USERS OF TEFAL PRODUCTS BUT FIRST TIME I HAVE SEEN SUCH COMPLAIN LIKE THIS IN THE TEFAL PRODUCTS.

        PLEASE ADVISE ME THE NEXT STEP OR ACTION REGARDING THIS ISSUE.

          I am writing this complain bring to your attention that recently I ordered gym fit attire with half sleeve from your online store. 🥺 ( Order date - 15 june 2022, Order no #[protected] When I opened it was big in size and also without sleeves. Then I had requested for return, one of your person came and took that product from me. I paid online and Till now the money has not arrived in my account and I have not received any return replacement. I am extremely disappointed with your this kind of service.

              I placed an order on 11th June 2022 through Amazon for Wow apple cider vinegar glass bottle of 500ml and was shocked to receive the pack of July 2021 PKD with only 6 months to product expiry. As advised by my doctor I need to take 2 drops of apple cider vinegar daily in warm water. Considering the long term usage pattern of this product, it will not be possible for me to fully consume the content within next 6 months and hence requested Amazon for a replacement with the latest PKD preferably of 2022 ( Do note replacement and not return). Now to my surprise Amazon kept me on hold for a week even after regular follow ups with their customer support team my request was finally declined citing reason as company policy.

                Hi,

                I had ordered two shoes from amazon and got it delivered on time. Due to size issue i wanted to return the products. The problem is i had requested to return and the amazon agent has not come for the pickup or contacted me. The status in the website show that "return pickup verification failed".

Two tickets were raised already but no resolution was found. Order status is showing as "Delayed, not yet shipped". I've waited for 13 days now and the call team supervisor told me to mail amazon now. I want my refund back ASAP, this is insane.

                    Anything because they not give
                    refund after pickup i case they send wrong item they accpt the request for
                    wrong item and make pickup and after they said that is not the same product
                    they send my order no is[protected]

                      I am very disappointed with Amazon Service and customer support, Because Amazon is making fools of customers at the name of online purchasing.
                      I returned Boat Airedopes 141 ag order no-[protected] on 21th June to amazon because right Side airedopes of the Boat 141 was missing in the box and when I asked for the return receipt, the guy said that they dont give receipt, you will be get a msg regarding picked up. But till date I haven't received a pickup confirmation or refund amount. After 5-6 Hours I called amazon customer care right away and the Cce told me Your product has been successfully picked up and refund will be credited in your bank A/c.
                      Also he assured me that amazon will take care of this now and I will definitely get the refund. I didn't get my refund till Today, 23-June-2022, in spite of making unlimited calls. This is a fraud.
                      As a customer I humble request to amazon teams please resolve my issues on an urgent basis.Otherwise I will publish this matter at every social networking site and also I will take legal action against Amazon.

                          I have applied for Amazon Pay ICICI Credit Card on 26th-May- 2022(Application No.[protected] and got biometric verification on 29th-May-2022, till date my application in verification stage, it has not been forwarded to ICIC bank for credit card till date, as per customer care.
                          In view of such slow process i have asked customer care fellow to cancel my application, however confirmation for same has also not received .

                          I have done follow up with customer care of amazon, amazon pay but matter is unresolved .

                          I have also called on [protected] several time but all the efforts are useless.

                              The product was ordered from HeathKart on 17th June with expected delivery on 18th. I spoke to multiple customer care executives and they stated to wait until the last expected delivery date of 22nd and what I see now is the request to return and refund is already generated by them.
                              Also, the refund status shows it would come up by Jan 6. Does this make any sense?
                              Please look into it and this is not a good gesture to cancel delivery wherever we have possibilities of getting the product.

                                  I have purchased Lenovo 4k monitor - Ordered on 27 May 2022 Order#[protected]. The 4k was not working and I was not able to save the brightness control.

                                  So CC created a pickup and I got another monitor. The new monitor also has the same issue. So cc said they will return the item and refund the money.

                                  They have crated pickup for 4 times and the same were got cancelled. Whenever I call CC says next time surely it will pickup. As pickup was cancelled 4 times, cc said they will initiate refund. So the refund was initicated on 17-June-2022 and asked to wait for 5 days. But when I contact after 5 days, cc is saying the Saswati was telling ties and didnt initiate the transfer.

                                  So I am not sure how to return the item and get the money back. Amazon cc was not able to explain why the pickup was cancelled. Not really sure why they are telling lies every time and giving false promises.
