[Resolved] Amazon India — dead on arrival laptop refund pending by amazon.in | |||
Order 4669102. Asus zenbook pro duo i7h laptop purchased from amazon.in. Bill enclosed. Laptop delivered dead on arrival. They refused to refund only replace. They said enginerr will come n check. They gave me wrong engineer number and process was delayed. I chased them escalated n got the right number called engg myself n engg uploaded dead laptop report n confirmed laptop is dead. They had no stick for replacement. Again i cased amazon support to refund. Then they said they will pick up. I xhased them to pick up. They sneakily cancelled my laptop pickup from their backend. I called support they disconnected my call n said as i escalated they cannnot support me now. They refused to tranfer to their manager. Its been a week and they have not picked up the laptop. They are trying to delay so timeline will elapse. I send mails everyday but they have not yet picked up the dead laptop. Its a 2.5l laptop n i need my refund immediately.
