Amazon India — Dead phone received rejecting return | |
This is in regard to my Amazon Order #[protected]. I am very sorry to write to you after 20days of my struggle to return the OnePlus 7T which I ordered on 02.11.2020. I received the phone in a dead condition. The very next day of delivery I requested for a replacement, technician was assigned to review the condition of phone, who came a day before the return window closes. As the problem was genuine, he arranged for replacement but the Amazon customer service were not able to track the replacement unless I called them the last moment. A replacement issued which took another 5days. On the replacement day the delivery boy declined the replacement as the actual phone was not in working condition and he can't match the IMEI no. Completely understandable. I talked to the Amazon customer service and they issued me a return/refund again giving excuses and apologies. From that day it's been a nightmare experience for me, I have talked to Amazon customer service almost 3 times a day. They issue the return everyday with excuses that they have escalated the matter and assured me that it won't happen again but It happened not ones but 4 times. Amazon customer service is misguiding and misleading me giving different excuses daily. From past 20days my money is blocked and I am highly disappointed with Amazon and the seller as well. I earnestly request you to provide me an immediate solution in the form of issuing the refund as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |

Its a sealed pack. When i tried to open the box and open the phone it's dead. Instantly i have raised complaint that it is a dead phone. As the problem was genuine, he arranged for replacement but the Amazon customer service were not able to track the replacement unless I called them the last moment.
