[Resolved] Amazon India — defect in services and delay in delivery, cheating, fraud | |
AMAZON INDIA charged me rs. 100 for same day delivery but product came after 4 days and that too after my complaint to customer care. i ordered product on 18th and it has come on 21st. No where on their page it was mentioned as to what is "one day delivery" and in common customer sense when they read "pay 100 and get one day delivery" means that one day from placing of order. However, to surprise justification of team AMAZON INDIA is that one day is counted from date of dispatch of product i.e. they can put my order pending for dispatch for days or weeks and still call it "one day delivery" and they do not mention or clarify this thing. Thus, not only there is negligence, carelessness, delay, deficiency in services, there is clear cheating and fraud by AMAZON INDIA I want my fees of rs 100 refunded as it was not one day delivery and also I want damages for all the mental agony and stress and delay in product and defect in services. Most importantly I want them to accept their fault and give apology letter as well as mention on their site clear terms about one day delivery. Was this information helpful? | |
