Amazon India — Defective and used product

Hello Sir,
I had purchased a Blood Pressure Measuring device from Amazon via Order No[protected], delivered on 11th July. It was having following issues:-
i) The display is not working properly. Basically it was a used product, as the packaging was open and there were marks of being used.
ii) The rubber pad on the bottom end was is detached condition, again shows it was not a brand new product rather used and damaged product.
iii) Batteries were all in open condition.

I made a return request the same day and they assured to take the item and refund back money. But till now it never happened. There is no official working customer care number so that I can reach out to them on a call. They are absolutely not entertaining my return request and are silent on this. This is a clear act of fraudulent.

I would request to help me on this to get the refund back on defective delivered item. Will be very grateful if you would help to resolve the issue.
