My order id is[protected]. I ordered hard disk on 18/nov/2022. I received it on 21/nov/2022 and found hard disk is out of the box and defective when plug in to my pc. Hard disk is under 5 days return policy. Then i call to amazon support team and they transfer my call to amazon specialist. They ask me for proof and create a
Investigation. I upload all the proofs,. Now i got reply from team that ur item is not returnable because u have return some defective item earlier. So now ur item is not returnable. One thing i want to ask amazon what is 5 day return policy and how to relate this item to previous items.. So pls help me regarding this issue and refund my money. I m send all proofs and video with this mail.
