Amazon India — Defective item was sent

On 6th of january i got a defective pair of speaker and when i try to return it the amazon feculty denid to take it back because that was defected they also blamed me that they delivered a right item only i have proof of box condition that he box have more than 3 labels on it and was used before .
please help me take out from this fraud
