Amazon India — Defective material sent | |||
A dell 18.5" led monitor was purchased and when during delivery i wanted to check it but was denied by the courier boy saying that a buyer can not open this box before paying the bill amount and after that if the delivered product is having some concerns the courier person will not be responsible and all the complaints if any are to be raised with amazon only. after paying the bill bill amount when opened this found to be defective one and noe amazon has refused to change this product Was this information helpful? | |||
