Amazon India — defective mobile handset | |
I had ordered a mobile phone (10.or E) from Amazon India. I have received the product today (6th of February 2018). But the picture quality of the mobile is very bad. The photos captured are not clear. So I want to return it. When I called to customer care, their executive told me that return and refund is not possible. They will check the technical issue and they will replace it if it have any technical defect. But the product is of inferior quality and I want to return it only. Was this information helpful? | |

Sir mene 2 recharge kiye company promised 72 hour cash back offer deaa 108 hour ho gaya muje cash nahi mila please cash delwane ki krapya kare please help me sandeeppratap

I can understand ...Amazon has made fraud orders in my account and had took extra shipping charges from me saying that you had ordered the only 2 product not looking at the Amazon fulfillment and it has to be charged with shipping but My order had 4 products they created fake multiple orders in my account and blamed me for not checking it before checkout of order...Hights of Fraud!! They never accepts there mistakes even if the system has made it like this I remembered wht I had ordered...They also sell "chori ka mall" I guess...I ordered a blouse it came with HARD TAGS on it which is in mall for security reasons...They don't understand that such tags should be removed when the sell and dispatch the product
