Amazon India — Defective mobile sent. Not responding to complaints. | |||
Bought Moto G 4th generation mobille fro Amazon.in. The mobile is not accepting valid SIM.I tried to contact replacement, refund option in thier website. A lady jotted down my details but after that no response. I am not able to contact the no. given as customer service no. in Bangalore and it gives some jumbled message which cannot be understood.It looks like they are blocking my calls.
