Amazon India — defective mobile set replacement nowhere? | |||||
I ordered a moto g play mobile thru order #[protected]. The handset earpiece socket was defective, i reported this to your customer care, and the same was picked on 7th september 2017, between 7am - 8am a receipt attached here was given to us. With in 30mins another amazon person came asking for same. Till date i am unaware of its status, to make it worse, another amazon person came to collect the same today at 4:15pm. My umpteen calls / mails seem to go in vain, amazon has been tormenting it's customer for ordering goods from it. May seek redressal from court of law for all the trouble and sleepless night you have given! Was this information helpful? | |||||
