Amazon India — Defective printer | |||||
I had purchased epson l220 colour ink tank system printer from amazon. But the mother board was defective which we came to know when epson technician came for installation. They without our knowledge replaced the mother board and took the damaged part. Also gave us no documents. But since we had purchased a new printer why should we accept replaced parts. I am trying to make amazon understand this. But they are continuously harrasing us Was this information helpful? | |||||
