Amazon India — Defective product and want refund | |||||
I have placed an order for Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 (Gold, 32GB) on 3 October 2016 at Amazon.in. Details are as under:- order number:[protected] Order Total: 10, 999.00 The same was delivered me on 10 October 2016 but the handset was defective. it is heating up too much. I have purchased it for my wife but afraid to use it. it can be blast any time. I am not using the same and packed it as it is. Secondly, The ringer volume of the same is too low. it is very difficult to hear the ring tone of the handset. while i am approaching to customer care/website for return the handset and refund the amount to me. They say for repairing the same at Authorized service center. i dont want to repair the New handset and want to return and refund for the same. Was this information helpful? | |||||
