Amazon India — Defective product delivered and not ready to refund even representative confirmed while discussed on refund request submission | |||
Ordered(#[protected] the MI5 pro mobile screen guard and amazon has Delivered 18-Feb-2021. Due to covid, we kept product aside for quarantine as full faith and trust on amazon. While parcel opened, we found that product is completely damaged and not even usable. Due to travel plan, could not log a complaint to Amazon so after reaching the destination logged refund request to Amazon. Representative took refund request and asked me to wait for 3-5 business days but no refund received yet. While yesterday requested them refund and amazon said, we can't help. I lost my trust on amazon while sent damage product and on top of that not ready to help. Since I purchased this product to gift my brother in USA, it ruin complete surprised and damaged my image in front of him. Now need refund and also compensation of my damage reputation to my brother.
