I had received a product on FEB 27, 2023. After following the instructions attached from the sender, the product which was a smart watch did not even turn ON. I contacted on seller's whatsapp number and messaged them that it is not working. They did not respond. So I contacted to Amazon chat support and they placed order for return pick up for REFUND. The order was supposed to be picked on MAR 3rd which did not happen. So again on Mar 4th, I chatted with Amazon rep and they placed second order for return pick up for MAR 7th. It was not picked up. So I contacted on MAR 8th and Amazon representative placed 3rd time order for return pick up. It was supposed to be picked up on MAR 13th. It was not picked up so I contacted to Amazon on MAR 14th and asked them to issue advance refund since they have been failed thrice time to pick up the reverse order and they simply denied for advance refund. Then I closed my Amazon account due to the poor service and was under impression that someone will pick up the order for return. 10 days passed so on MAR 25th, I contacted them through chat, they advised to contact them over phone. Spoke with them over the phone and they advised to send an email to [protected]@amazon.in. Have already sent the email and has not received any auto acknowledgement email.
