Amazon India — delay in deliver and the behavior of customer care - order #[protected] | |
I purchased royal pet anti-chlorine + general aid + anti-ich + anti fungus rid-all fish medicine - 120ml (4 bottles), order #[protected] from amazon.in on dated 7 dec 2018, the date of delivery of this product was 12 dec 2018 (Amazon delivery team-ats) and i request for reschedule for the delivery date to 15 dec 2018 (Request made on dt 10 dec 2018) on aprovel of request the date of delivery is scheduled to 15 dec 2018, but the product is not delivered and on contacting to customer care no valid response is given to me, same thing happens on 16 dec 2018 on contact to customer care. The amazon fulfilled product has to be delivered on time as i pay for it. No service or sms is given to me for the delay of delivery. It is responsibility of amazon to deliver the product safely and on the committed date but amazon india fails to do that and the reply of customer care is so pathetic that they are trying to say that it is the customer mistake to order or shop from amazon. Their behavior is so rude that they even do not try to understand the customer filling and the problem faced by the me. I demand compensation and want to register complaint against them in consumer court for proper justice. Amazon must provide training to their customer care to resolve the customer issue properly and within time. The product is yet not delivered. Was this information helpful? | |
