This is Srikanth.SP from Hyderabad, recently ordered Dinner Set on 30th July '22 from Amazon India for which i got a damaged product and placed a return for it and to my luck i again received a damaged one which is replaced and again i raised a return request for which amazon started a refund request and to which the product has to be picked up and till date from 1st Aug'22 to 22nd Aug'22 several Pickup requests are made and no one from Amazon logistics has succeeded in picking up and also no executive is actively tracking this issue just they left it to me and my funds got stuck. Everytime i should call them and ask for the return/refund status.
I request through this complaint my issue gets escalated to proper teams and resolution is expedited along side proper action to be taken for improper handling of their teams with this issue.
