Amazon India — Delayed delivery and miscommunication | |||||
I have ordered a handbag in amazon and one tracking id[protected] was provided to me. On 14th January I got one sms from amazon that due to customer request the order delivery is delayed though no one from the company ever contacted me and I never requested anybody for delayed delivery. Yesterday(16th January) I got another message that the order will be delivered on 16th January though I have not received it yet. I am really disappointed with this incidence from one reputed e-commerce company like amazon. Was this information helpful? | |||||
