Amazon India — delayed delivery - two times+giving low amount compensation | |||||
I have been amazon customer since 2016, i ordered a product ( order#[protected], seller-bolt) ordered on 7 september 2018 and the delivery date was september 3rd-to 9th 2018. Till 17th september i did not receieve the product. (The delay was of 9 days and no apology call from amazon nor any update till 17th september) i did not raise any issue and on 17th september cancelled the product and asked for refund which was done. Since i had to gift this product for somebody’s birthday, thought the previous order was not delivered because of some seller issue and on the same day 17th september ordered any product of different seller (United store) and the delivery date was september 22nd to 27th 2018 and this time it really furstrated me as till 5th october no product delivery (Again delay of 9 days). I have been raising complaints with various deptarments of amazon.in and the resolution is pathetic and not helpful Failure of amazon teams to provide resolution 1. From 5th october i am raising the complaint, various agents are coming with different solutions, i asked for the product to be delivered by 0ctober 6th 2018-they did not give this solution and filed a refund which i did not ask for 2. I had asked for inr.5000 amazon gift card for which first they started with inr 100, 200 and now 500, is this a vegetable market and do u think the customer is one scapegoat so that you can bargain as much as possible and give the least compensation What resolu tion i need from amazon.in is 1. You have failed to deliver the product even after my complain, i want a refund of my product (The refund is provided today) 2. As part of all the time wasted, mental harassment, embarssment as i wanted to gift this as birthday gift, i want amazon to give me inr 5000 amazon gift card or 10 times the value of the product (Inr 300x10=3000) When amazon failed to deliver the product initially order#[protected], seller-bolt, i did not raise any issue thinking it may be one-off case, but second time failure really triggered me. It seems the unit is taken from the junk yard and despatched before any pre-delivery inspection. paint peeling off and bulb holder clip broken. very old unit. needs replacement. Otherwise you lost a customer for good.
