Amazon India — delayed in the delivery after so many escalations | |||
I've ordered trimmer and wireless bluetooth as a prime member. Which supposed to deliver with in 3 days. It didn't delivered. I called to customer service and end up in the same answer "sorry for the inconvinience". Like that multiple calls happened and escalated many times and finally the product came on a holiday which i explicitly mentioned not deliver on that day. Immediate next day the answer from amazon received that there are no items in stock and cancel the request or order new one and wait for few more days. Completely frustrated with amazon Was this information helpful? | |||
