Amazon India — Delivered wrong product and after return denying the refund

I tried to cancel the order, but it was still shipped. I then received the wrong product, and despite multiple calls, customer support could not give me any clarity or help.

Following Amazon’s instructions, I returned the product directly to the seller.
Return shipped via Blue Dart on 24th Nov 2025 and delivered on 25th Nov. The seller initially acknowledged the return process but is now denying receipt and telling me to contact Amazon again. When I called Amazon on 2nd December, the call was abruptly ended without resolution.

I’ve followed every step asked of me, yet I’m left without the product and without my refund.
