Amazon India — delivering wrong product | |||
I had ordered a homecentre standing mirror worth 10320 (Mrp: 17000) on 24th august, wrong product was delivered on 1st september whose mrp itself is worth 7900. When i arranged for return of the order, they initially said within 4 days the order would be picked. On 2nd september they said pickup is out for picking the return item, no one showed up. The very next day they say 2nd september was public holiday so the 4 days return period starts from 3rd september not 2nd september. On 4th a pickup was scheduled and i got a message saying it will be picked today, pickup person called around 4:30pm saying there is no one to pickup the order today will do it tomorrow and you can call me back on the same number. When i contacted this person on 5th september morning 10am he said it will be picked up by 4pm today, when i called him at 4 his number was switched off, when i contacted at 6pm he says he wont pick my order no matter what, complaint to whoever you want. These amazon people still say wait till tomorrow it will be picked. Was this information helpful? | |||
