Ordered this Product on 7 June 2022 (Signoraware Easy Flow Stainless Steel Oil dispenser), Paid by Credit Card same day. ORDER #[protected]. Product was to be shipped to Udhagamandalam/ Ooty.
Seller shipped on time. Got Amazon SMS notification on 10 June that product is to be delivered today. So I waited for it. But Delivery Agent has not delivered, never got any phone calls. Checked with my apartment security, etc. but not left with anybody else. Tracking information on Amazon wrongly and falsely claims "Delivered Yesterday".
I don't mind 2-3 days delay for getting a product, but what is so wrong here, is that it wrongly claims "Delivered", so it is as if I have paid for it and got nothing. Delivery Agent may be running late, some delay I can tolerate. But cannot accept false claim that it is "Delivered".
Another problem here, is that Amazon (India) "Customer Service" seems totally Missing in action. After trying so many times I still cannot get a customer support Rep on phone or chat. There is zero support.
Unless the product can still be delivered within a few days, I want a full refund. Was this information helpful? |
