Amazon India — Delivery agent issue

I have been complaining since a few months that products are not being delivered to me, every time Amazon team says we will take action against the delivery agent and delivery keep doing this everyday there is one order i have follow up and call amazon thousand time but still no solotion and most disaster thing is that delivery agent not delivering the product to me keep makring as customer rejected i told amazon 7 times to take action how come same proudct that delivery agent mark rejetcted by customer when delivery didnt contact me take some action it's happening, many times

I am Prime member and i have been facing this issue for many months take some action on this action
