Order #[protected] The product order was place on august 30, 2017 with the assurance of delivery within 4 days, i. E. Sept 4., 2017. On sept 3, 2017 the delivery date on an ad-hoc basis was pushed to sept 8, 2017. Post awaiting the product, it suddenly stated that product had been returned and the refund would be initiated in 4 - 5 days. So we waited and post writing a lengthy email to their customer cell, started receiving standard messages apologizing for the delay and again it stated that the refund will be initiated in 4 - 5 days. "again no refund". Question is: 1. Why is there no method to talk with a customer service executive. 2. There is no method of escalation and the amount is not small. 3. If there is a delay or the product is lost in transit, it should have been intimated in advance. This gives into an extremely shoddy and lackadaisical approach as the customer is left with no option and amazon.in can utilize the money and does not bother of refunding the same. We don't shop with their vendor partners but its amazon.in that displays their capabilities to provide in time and promises a great value. All i am looking at is an immediate refund, no 4 - 5 days, else i will have no option but to push for a legal settlement and am sure this can be achieved if desired.
