On 30/09/2025, the delivery person called me only twice, at 06:58 PM and 07:01 PM, from the number **[protected]**, and then cancelled my order at 07:07 PM. I was waiting for the order, but since I was busy with work, I could not answer immediately. It is very irresponsible on his part to cancel the order without giving sufficient time or trying again.

I even tried calling him back 12 to 15 times, but he did not answer my calls. This is unacceptable and shows very poor service.

I want this item delivered to me immediately. Customers are very important, and if this kind of poor service continues, it will cause you to lose valuable customers.
