[Resolved] Amazon India — delivery boy being rude | |||
Dear amazon, a delivery boy who says his name is rajesh from wadakanchery unit called when he was just 5 minutes away from my house and said he was coming. I was not at home but at a nearby location. When i told him to come here he refused and subsequent gave the ordered parcel to an unauthorised person and left. Verified Support Jan 15, 2020 Amazon India Customer Care's response Ref No. 6461We have perused the complaint received from Mr./Ms Rishni Premarajan and find that he had purchased Agnesi Pasta Penne 500g + Fussili 500g + Spaghetii 500g, Pack of 1 each, Product of Italy ("Product") from the independent third party seller, i.e., Good Food Retail Private Limited ("Seller') on the website: www.amazon.in ("Website"). It is submitted that the Complainant did not contact the customer support team within the time prescribed by the Seller for return for refund on the Product. Further, as per the information received form the independent third party seller, the correct Product had been delivered to the Complainant, at their registered address. Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers. In view of the above, the issue stands closed | |||
