Dear sir / madam, I am writing to you to raise an issue about: online & mail order The issue that i have experienced was: i have good respect on your staff. But sad to inform you that today one of your person came to our flat to deliver the product. His name is muniratna. And he came to our apartment to deliver pack to some flat at 10:00 am on 25 august 2018 to om residency. The way he is asking is very rude. He dont know how to speak to customers. I hope you can understand Please take quick and immediate disciplinary action asap. I really appreciate your help. If needed please tell me i will escalate this to further known authorities It occurred on: 25/08/2018 I look forward to your prompt response on this matter.
