Amazon India — delivery boy's behavior on call and product not delivered

My order needed to be delivered to me on 6th january 2020, but it is not.
While ordering amazon asked for any specific time period the order to be delivered, i choosed the timing between 8:00am to 3:00pm as i want the delivery in my office premises,
1. The delivery boy didn't contacted me if there was a delay in delivery.
2. When i contacted him, his way of speaking was so unprofessional and kind of rude that he literally told me, not asked but told me i will deliver it tomorrow, and when i asked him why so if the delivery date is of today, he said i am stuck in the traffic jam and disconnected the call.
3. When after 2 hrs i contacted him again for asking update, he again gave me the lame reply i am stuck in the traffic. Then i literally request him to please deliver it today only as it was a very urgent package for me. He contacted me at 4:00 pm, after one hour i left the office, and because of some issue i was not able to take the call and with in less than 2mins of him calling me i called him back, but he was like "i tried calling you but you didn't picked up the call so i went away". I request him to deliver the package if he is nearby (Which he was obviously, coz in less then 2mins how far he would have gone) but he disconnected the call.
This kind of behavior and unprofessionalism from amazon is unacceptable.
I understand something due to some obvious events delivery cannot be done on time, at that time company should inform us in advance,
And if this is also too much for amazon then he should be at least sorry for not delivering on time. But the delivery boy's way of talking was just unacceptable.
Being at the top if amazon is hiring people like them then i think they don't take there policies seriously.
Please look into the matter and contact me via email or phone for confirmation of details.
Amazon not acceptable at all, at least select delivery boy's who knows how to speak to the customers, they are the face of your company, as a customer my human interaction with your company is with delivery guy only, if that person is also behavior in such a manner than that image you are building in customer's mind.
This should be taken seriously by top executives.
