Amazon India — delivery delayed even after extra pay for prompt delivery

Hi team,

My oder number is[protected]. I order mobile with 100 rupees extra for on day delivery.

I booked the phone on 30th jan with amazon promise of delivery on 31th 8:30 pm.

Now its 2 pm on 1st few and i am still awaiting for delivery.

I am expecting your prompt attention here. Also i am expecting 100 rupees back which i paid extra as amazon couldn't stand on their commitment.
