Amazon India — delivery of a damaged product | |
Sir, I ordered a bedsheet with order id:[protected] from amazon. It was damaged therefore i filed a return request but nobody even bothered to look into the issue. I was asked to return the product by myself and that too without surety of refund. This is unacceptable from a brand like this. I am highly unsatisfied by your service!!! I have ordered for three green and pink cotton silk sarees but I have received 1 only.Since I was not available for getting the package I was not able to check it when delivery man was present.But the payment has been received for all the three sarees whereas I have received only one!!
