Amazon India — Delivery of a product

I had bought a item named "Xessentia Men's Cotton Blend Sweatshirt (XSWS001_Small_Black)" from "Amazon.in" on 21 Dec 2015. The Courier is "Amazon Transportation Services" and the Tracking ID is "[protected]". The delivery date was 26 Dec 2015. I haven't yet received the item but on the tracking page it is showing that the product is been delivered but again the courier is saying that they havent yet received the item. I have paid for the item through debit card and haven't yet received the item. I am feeling that I am being cheated.
