Amazon India — Delivery of damaged phone

Address:Seller : Darshita Electronics,Amazon World Trade Center – Brigade Gateway, 8th floor, 26/1, Dr. Rajkumar Road, Malleshwaram(W), Bangalore-560055, Karn

On 13th feb 2023 i purchased a phone and got the delivery on 16th feb 2023 but the phone back panel was damaged. So in contacted Amazon customer support and they created a return pickup for me but from 18th feb 2023 to 3rd march 2023 return pickup was cancelled 8 times. And now amazon is ignoring my issue no one is helping me.
