Amazon India — Delivery of defective and incomplete product | |||||
I had ordered for a combo pack including a flip cover, a back cover and a tempered glass for my lenevo k6 power mobile phone hanset on 05/03/2017 vide amazon. The product has been delivered to me on 11/03/2017. But after opening the pack I found that only the flip cover which is very very odd looking because it is not fitting properly and the other two items are missing. I had acknowledged the matter to amazon and now they are cheating me regarding the return of the same even after assuring a schedule repeatedly. The cost of the product is Rs. 389.00.
