Amazon India — Delivery of fake phone and bad delivery | |||||
Dear all, I had purchased xiaomi redmi note 3 (gold, 32gb) order #[protected]. 1) phone got delivered after a followup of 4 continuous days after the expected delivery date with the amazon customer care 2) now the phone hangs alot and doesnt works properly. i called the customer care and asked for a replacement. customer care says it considered my request under a special case as if they are doing a favour to me. hell yes, you are a shopkeeper, its your responsibility. And they will take away my phone and deliver the new phone in 3-5 days. Now how can i keep my number on for those 5 days? i guess amazon should also answer this. also, what is the gaurantee that this time also the phone will be delivered on time?
