Amazon India — Delivery time getting worse | |||
Hi, I have placed an order of f&d speaker as an gift to my brother and the expected delivery time was 10 june 2017. The order number is #[protected] on 9th i have called the amazon customer care twice to confirm the product get delivered on 10 june they also escalated to the amazon delivery services. Today is 10th june when i called 5:30 pm in the evening the customer care representative is telling he will again escalate to the concern department and within 24-48hrs my product get delivered. The product which i required today and even the tracking status is showing received bangalore on 9th june after that no tracking status. Even the delivery is done by amazon delivery. Day by day the service of amazon is getting worse and thought that they respect the customers request after escalating 3 times also they have not taken any action to that. Worst delivery, very worst customer care and not sure how the product is going to deliver. Would request the amazon to rectify the mistakes in future.
