Amazon India — Did not credit the promised cashback | |||||
I have placed an order on amazon on 3rd October 2016 of value 8, 998.00 and per the hdfc cashback I was supposed to get 15% cashback, which I have confirmed from their exectuive before delivery. Till 5th Jan they have been saying that the cashback will be credited by 5th Jan but after that they are saying I am not eligible for the cashback as both the products of my order were delivered seperately. Is it my fault that Amazon dispatched both the products seperately? If the case of seperate delivery not covered in the offer then why is their representative told me I am eligible and repeated the same thing till 5th Jan? Was this information helpful? | |||||
