I ordered 4 Ven husen underwear. At the time of delivery they only delivered 2 items (Which are also small in size and not as per the detail mentioned on the website). The other 2 were not delivered to me.
When raising complaint to the customer care they opened the investigation but in the end they kept me waiting for 3 days and said 'We cant refund your money as their agent delivered all the products'. It is a lie. White lie.
They didnt deliver me the 4 items and infact instead of apologise they didnt refund my money and I feel like looted now. It happened more than twice now.
What should I do?? Please help me out.
