Amazon India — Did not get full refund & wrong refund mode of payment. | |||||
The item I ordered wasn't of good quality & I processed the return same day. I paid 879 Rs. cash & chose the option to get the refund in my bank account. But, amazon only refunded me 753 through a gift card. I got only the refund of 753 Rs. though I paid 879 Rs. for the item. They refunded through a gift card even though I opted for amount to be transferred in my bank account. I called amazon.in customer service just kept on saying ' sorry for the inconvenience' & did nothing. Was this information helpful? | |||||
