Amazon India — Did not provide replace..asked to contact service center | |
Order#[protected] Moto G Turbo (Black, 16GB) This phone which I bought get mute automatically and I miss calls and alarms. And for again the phone to work I need to switch off and then switch on. This issue is happening often and I cant use such a phone. As per per the policy I was eligible for replacement. But Amazon did not provide replacement and asked me to contact service center. This is ridiculous. Also the phone is getting heat like anything. Seems like a faulty handset was shipped to me. Was this information helpful? | |
