[Resolved]  Amazon India — did not received product either dispatched

Amazon India Customer Care's response Reference No. – 6577
We have perused the complaint received from Mr./Ms. Sajeel ("Complainant") and find that he/she had ordered for MCP Deluxe Personal Manual Analog Weighing Scale upto 130 kgs capacity for human body weight machine (Mechanical Weighing Machine) ("Product") from an independent third party seller i.e Global Trade Links ("Seller") on the website: www.amazon.in ("Website").
It is submitted that a refund for a value of Rs. 745.00 as requested and required by the Complainant was processed into his/her original payment method on 14th January, 2020 vide refund reference number 1CW7MJL60000K19YYNHN.
In case, the Complainant has not received the refund in the original mode of payment selected while placing the order, he/she is requested to kindly contact the customer care department of the concerned bank.
The refund has been made from the nodal account managed by the designated bank as per the RBI circular dated 24.11.2009 on operation of nodal account: https://www.rbi.org.in/scripts/NotificationUser.aspx?Mode=0&Id=5379.
Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers.
In view of the above, the issue stands closed.
