Amazon India — Did not refund after cancellation and hiding purchased information of my account on amazon.in

I have purchased a mobile back cover worth Rs 399 on 16 December 2015, after 3 day, on 19 December they cancelled the order and mailed me that they refunding me only 199. They are providing any costumer care compliant email id and phone number on their site. So I came here for the help. Please help me.

Updated by aashu_wani No response till now. And also they are not giving any phone number or email id for complain on their site.
