Amazon India — Did not replaced mobile phone | |||||
I buy a redmi note3 32gb and it causes issues. so i send them request to replcement. so they take the mobile phone and they says that they replace it in 4 days. but now 8 days completed and they don't replace the mobile and without permission they refund it. I bought that mobile phone in diwali offer and now the phone is 1000 rupees expensive.and they only say sorry. Was this information helpful? | |||||
