Amazon India — Didn't deliver the book and didn't Refund

Hi. I am Arshad Mailanchikkal. I have order a book "HP Certified Systems Administrator - 11i V3 " on September 2014.An amount of Rs.2, 894.00 is deducted from my account. My order Number is #[protected]. They didn't deliver the product on the delivery date. When I called the customer service they were behaving. I don't need that book anymore an they didn't refund the amount. I request you to please look into matter and make sure that I get my refund back.If in case I won’t get my refund I will have to take some actions against this issue. I am fed up off calling your customer service
