Amazon India — didn't receive the mobile phone instead got a packet of glucon-d | |||||
On 24th of november 2017 i ordered one plus 5t in preview sale from amazon. On 27th of november 2017, the order was received. However on opening the box we found out that we received a packet of glucon-d nicely packed within the box with bill of one plus 5t. Upon contacting customer care they are terrible with reply and gave routine answer to conduct a inquiry instead of really solving the problem. For a commoner like me 32998 is a big money and company like amazon are cheating on commoner like me. Kindly help to get my money or my mobile. Was this information helpful? | |||||
