Amazon India — disgusted with service | |||
This is the second time i had placed an order with amazon india. My first experience was terrible as the delay for the product was hysterical and moreover the customer service is just great (Sarcasm) every time i came across any customer service agent, the lack of interest just helped me dislike them all the more and gave me all the reasons to write this complaint. I ordered a gift and it was on time however, the box in which it was delivered was tampered. I immediately asked for the replacement and the reverse pick up was completed successfully. The person who collected the parcel told me that i will get the product in 2 working days. I just got on line for the status of the reverse pick up and was told it would take 10days! Firstly, it was a gift which came damaged, the date was approaching, and now i have to wait for a longer period of time for the gift to reach me?? I could not deal with this. The level of apathy shown by the customer service agent was shocking and also the lack of concern hit the roof! Please do not but anything from this website and if you'll do, do it with your own risk. Never ever coming back to this site. I know losing one customer is not going to make any difference however, word of mouth is very powerful and they should know that. I am very disappointed. It's very heartbreaking that you place an order with some intentions and then it's not even taken into consideration. No emotions nothing. It was treated as if it was not a big deal. I am disgusted.
